I wanted to thank you for your wonderful Customer Service regarding our current and future renewal of the Safety Jackpot Program. You have been fun to work with and have given me lots of ideas to help keep everyone excited and motivated to work safely here at KWL.

After nearly a year with the program, our employees are still excited to attend the weekly safety meetings (who'd of thought ! !) and get their Jackpot tickets. The program has kept safety in the forefront of all of our employee's minds and we have all learned so much during this year regarding working safely.

I am pleased to tell you that this past year KWL was without any time loss accidents or injuries, and fewer restricted duty incidents. This is a first, and I can only attribute it to the way that we are teaching safety while including immediate reward of the safety Jackpot tickets. Our Safety incentive programs in the past, where the employees were rewarded once a year may have discouraged employees to report accidents or injuries where our Safety Jackpot Program encourages KWL employees to report safety issues and near accidents.

We are excited to move on to our second year with Safety Jackpot and I look forward to working with you to make it another successful year at KWL.
